1. REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, supplements must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the safety seal intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

How to Start a Return

Email us at masetheo6060@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
