2. SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days or your package appears lost, contact us at masetheo6060@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
